This forces other muscles to compensate for the strain, often leading to an imbalance that causes pain, tension, and restricted movement.

By targeting areas where tension has disrupted your body’s natural alignment, my approach to bodywork aims to release tight muscles and fascia, restore proper muscular length, and re-establish structural alignment within your body.
