My style of massage focuses on the muscle and fascial connections that are causing you pain, rather than just where you feel pain. I focus on muscle attachment points and the fascial connective tissue layers to help “un-stick” them and bring blood flow back to the area.
Your bodywork session will be geared towards your individual needs to create a custom massage in order to help relive your pain.
